Graham:
Looks like your USB memory is formatted FAT32 which cacses that result.
Suggest formatting NTFS. If you cannot do in Windows on your pc Google & down load the HP Usb formatter-- HPUSBFW, which will do both FAT & NTFS.

So glad I read this, as I like so many others would have been sucked in by this seemingly "ingenious" device. I already knew I could access internet radio and tv easily, as I have done this on several occasions in the past, but I thought something which made this whole thing easier and brought everything together in one place wa on offer here. Glad I researched it first, as I have made hasty purchases in the past. I will definately not be buying this now, and probably not even bother with the alternative one I found on amazon for £5.99 lol

Best bet would be to switch the F plug on the end of the cable from your Sky box to your TV (if not already done), configure the TV via its menu (menu\setup\system menu\system update) to "Auto update search in Standby" and then not turn the telly off overnight. You can always try forcing an update via the menu, but that might not always work, depending on what's being transmitted at that point.

TUTV is apparently offering the long-awaited CI+ "Nagravison 3 (Merlin)" CAM suitable for the two Sky Sports stations on DTT/Freeview.

There are indeed free bits of software that can give you access to tv online - and in fact in many cases, you don't even need any special software; just head to a site in your web browser and you'll be able to view sites.

There is nothing special about this 'player' - it's just a USB stick with some software on it, and you can find lots of online TV without paying over the odds for this.

Some people may find it slightly easier to use a program that helps them find streams - but my main objection is that none of the ads for this product are making it clear that it's software, and nothing more. This is not a special USB device in any way - it's a memory key, and you don't need one to watch TV or listen to online radio

I use a Google Nexus One, I admit that profiles aren't something that I use, I kind of miss diary related profiles that I had in Windows years ago. But I do have Timeriffic which allows me to schedule activities like switching ringing profiles. Plus I use CyanogenMod firmware instead of stock, this is more optimised. GO! SMS and Phone book allow custom alert profiles, it also has custom groups, but I only have two people profiled. I automatically set the phone to airplane mode at night to avoid being disturbed. android phones support SIP but UI functionality varies in quality.

Certainly when I last checked, you couldn't - as I mention in this post: http://gonedigital.net/2010/12/31/icecrypt-t2400-%E2%80%93-updated-impressions/

However, that said, I've not got it connected up at the moment, as I'm currently using the Digital Stream box.

Called Netflix 0800 number very helpful lady, she looked up the model I have and said its down to Samsung not updating the region settings for the application as I explained the app installed and worked when I set my tv to USA but once changed back to UK it uninstalled it!, she said she would email the engineering team worth emailing Samsung anyone having the same issue
