Strange “Windows” phone call

This morning brought a weird voicemail; the start is cut off, because presumably the computer making the call didn’t realise it was talking to another computer, but it appears to be claiming I have an expired Windows licence, and a penalty of £2,000 or four years in prison.

I’m to call Microsoft technical support on the number  1 224 980 361; that’s not a US number, as there aren’t enough digits. It could be a UK one (Aberdeen), but it’s missing the initial zero.

Even stranger, the caller ID as logged by my PBX was “+00000000”

This is clearly a scam, and I daresay if you can work out what number you’re supposed to dial, they’ll relieve you of money.

Anyone else had one?
