Much like the Sky player that has not materialised on the Humax HDR but Humax have promised since last Summer. Even this article assumes it has been released.

Manufacturer’s are often guilty of promising features and not delivering them. Got bitten by this once and will never be taken in again.

As you said “buy a product for what it does now, rather than what you hope it might do at some later date, if there’s an update to it.”
