		<description>This is a universal problem!  if you update it will crash at some point!..... mine has now crashed for the 4th time re-installed deleted the settings and programs folder etc etc.... it is totally random! longest it has run without &quot;Freezing&quot; on the loading screen is about 8 weeks???

SONY  are RUBBISH.... if this is how they treat a major customer issue I will not be upgrading my TV to a Sony model thats for sure!</description>
