Jan 20, 11 at 12:53Hi Nigel
Our brand new T2400, in N5 London with full 4 channel HD availability on freeview postcode search, will not find a single HD channel, however many times we scan. Nothing between channels 44 and 70. Any ideas?
Thanks
Sara

Jan 20, 11 at 14:03Are you in a building with a shared aerial or some other sort of distribution system?
If you are, then that may not have been set up for Freeview HD, and may require some adjustment.
