		<description>Brilliant post Nigel and one that I heartily agree with. Because we now have and use Social media (even I use it to blast out about my blog posts) others expect you to be constantly on the ball with answers, dates, news etc. 
I well remember the whole sorry scenario with the Inverto manager as I was in touch with him at the time. I kept trying to warn him not to &#039;stick his neck out&#039; (my phrase) on the forums but...........it wasn&#039;t a pleasant incident at all. 
The best PR for any manufacturer can often turn out to be others users themselves as you will no doubt be aware. 
Hopefully our &#039;new to the game&#039; manufacturer is learning fast about what not to do in future.
