Because we now have and use Social media (even I use it to blast out about my blog posts) others expect you to be constantly on the ball with answers, dates, news etc. I well remember the whole sorry scenario with the Inverto manager as I was in touch with him at the time. I kept trying to warn him not to 'stick his neck out' (my phrase) on the forums but...........it wasn't a pleasant incident at all. The best PR for any manufacturer can often turn out to be others users themselves as you will no doubt be aware. Hopefully our 'new to the game' manufacturer is learning fast about what not to do in future. Technogran (GG on Digital Spy) Brilliant post Nigel and one that I heartily agree with.
